RETURN / REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the receipt or online order date for a refund.
- All returned items must be sealed, unused and in the original condition as you received it.
- Refund process is valid in case of damaged items.
- Please allow at least 14 days from the day we receive your item to process your return or exchange.
- To return an item, please call +201004763187 from 10 am to 4 pm Egypt timing from Sunday to Thursday or email info@icurepharma.net.
REFUNDS
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow at least 14 days from the day we receive your item to process the refund.
- Refunds may take 14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
